Welcome to our beautiful apartment in downtown Cologne!
Our apartment is very centrally located in the old town south. From here you can easily walk to Cologne's sights, shops, bars and restaurants.
You can reach Cologne Deutz exhibition center in just four stops with tram number 9.
You will sleep in a bright room with a double bed (1,80 x 2,00 meters), a working desk and a wardrobe.
For the third person we will set up a stable and comfortable folding bed.
Putting up the second bed will limit the space in the room.
If you are two people booking the room, we will assume you will both be sleeping in the big bed together.
Should you want us to set up the folding bed and sleep in two separate beds instead, please inform us and we'll arrange it.
Our apartment is 90 sqm in total and you will be SHARING the apartment with us (Xaver and Karla), but will have your own 17 sqm room to yourself.
Bed linen, towels, shampoo, shower gel, coffee and tea are provided for.
High-speed WiFi is included.
In addition to your private guest room, you are welcome to use our kitchen, our modern bathroom and the balcony. The other two rooms are private and may not be entered by you.
You are also welcome to do your laundry. Please inform us before and pay 5.00 Euros per washing cycle on site.
You will be sharing our beautiful apartment with us, that is Karla and Xaver. Due to her work, Karla will be out of town most of the time, so you will most likely only meet Xaver - AND SHARE the apartment with him.
We look forward to getting to know you and welcoming you as our guests!
